Sounds like they rely on most people not getting paid since you say 0.02 per View that means you need 1000 views to get a pay out of $19 and then minus the pay pal fee so you get about just less than $18
While this may work for a select few people it won’t be the case for everyone!
One thing to note is that it is not an easy pay or get rich quick platform. Only those who have the time to push their works stand a higher chance to get paid.
