If you publish a Kindle book on Amazon and sell 1,000 copies at $2.99 each, you'll keep 70 percent of that, or about $2.03 per sale. 6. A book makes a great lead magnet - Looking to generate leads for your business? Write and publish a book. It doesn't matter if your business is an internet business or a brick-and-mortar business, a book is another type of business promotion. You can sell your print book in your brick-and-mortar business, or you can sell both your print book and your e-book on your website. Wherever you go and meet people, carry your book with you. Give it to your prospects, sell it, or find a way to get it into the hands of your qualified leads and they'll be eating out of your hands.
