How to make:
Wash the oyster mushrooms clean. Boil with boiling water for several minutes or until tender. Lift, drain, then grind coarse.
Mix the mushrooms that have been ground with flour, cornstarch, and eggs. Stir until all ingredients are mixed.
Add the onion, onion, garlic, pepper powder, stock of powder, sugar, and salt. Stir again until well blended.
Prepare a baking sheet. Rub cooking oil or butter. Put the mixture into the pan. Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes or until cooked. Lift. Let it cool.
Remove the nuggets from the pan. Poton-cut is square or according to taste.
Dip the nugget pieces into the egg mixture. Roll over the pan flour until the entire surface is flat.
Heat the oil in the pan. Fried nuggets until golden yellow and cooked. Lift, drain.
Place it on a serving plate. Serve.
