Ever since I was small , I was Soo proud to be an Indian , especially a Keralite. Kerala always gave me alot of inspiration. As a girl , I was never not given a chance . It was one of the best times of my life.
The smell of Kerala , is so different than from anywhere else . All the greenery . The sound of trees moving about. The flowers blooming , many different kinds of plantation.
Then I went to Bahrain , actually I never could adapt to Bahrain. I really wanted to , but I just couldn't. Then , somehow as years passed by , I got used to that kind of life. A life in a small flat , school with many overachieving kids , everything was so different . But at the end , when it was time I had to leave , I felt that I actually loved Bahrain too.
And now in China , haha , China is so different than Bahrain and India. But I'm all about adjusting. Always keep an open mind , but not tooo open. Open mind to food and language. To people haha , that don't really work that way , there's people From all around the world . So if I'm too open minded , bad for me , so No. But , my best friends are all from Africa...really hard since I'm the only Malayalee here . There's alot of North people but I don't connect with them at all...but for me connection is easier with foreigners. My friend circle from school included my bestie Noor , she is an Arab. Then now , Adele , Tin , Jerry they are from Zimbabwe , Zambia , Uganda. And Richi , from Jamaica . They are my Brothers and Sisters. I love my friends like my own family..I have never actually felt otherwise. Others do ask me , how are your friends not indians?? I be like these people actually get me , and I get them . They care for me ,...so ππ
