Step 1st : Making The Planning

  Ya, everything if we want to make something, the planning is first step we have to do, because of in the planning  you talk anything that can make your pogram is runed well. And the planning is the first walk to go an event.

So. If you want to make Expressly Learning Program you have to make the planning for ahead. 👍👍👍👍

Step 2nd : Organizing

Organizing is a systematic process of structuring, integrating, co-ordinating task goals, and activities to resources in order to attain objectives.

For the first you have to do in organizing is meking a meeting

The meetings are very important, especially the division of work tasks, direction to members and controling.

Nahhh....
because the program we run is a learning program

the most complicated thing in running a program is the state of the program itself 😓😓😓😓
the first they will be sleepy

and most of them feel bored

So what should we do..?

invite them to do togetherness, such as burning chicken together,

Burning chicken is already our tradition in pesantren, which is always done when we are in need of repression

Or dinner togather..

Eating together can also provide interrelationships with others without relizing

Make them happy with any thing
Such as capture the photo as memori.

photos can also attract interest in learning, because they feel happy when there is togetherness in the photo

And one up on time you will get the result.
