Beautiful nature and some thoughts

in #writing2 years ago

As much as I've learned to love, accept and forgive myself and everyone else it's still kind of weird in some ways because... I've come to lean in the direction of the belief that my ego and other people's egos are sort of a "facade" in the sense that what "we truly are" is much deeper, there's even some etymology which suggests that the word "person" originates from the word "mask".

Remember that saying "All the world's a stage"?

So... To me, the real me and the real everyone else is not the mask or the ego it's the "spirit" which dwells within or where ever it dwells.
I'm guessing the one or ones who created that word "person" had a similar understanding in that the "personality" is not the deepest source and is more like the clothes we wear or something like that.

I'm not really a Christian in the traditional sense and I don't believe in God the same way many do, I prefer to use the word universe as a substitute as I resonate more with pantheistic ideas... Though... I would almost use the word "God" here.
I believe what we truly are is even deeper in some kind of spiritual sense like a soul and we may have individual souls, though I think they are all connected to the "one" soul.

I think it's good to make that distinction there, because... With the right mindset you can walk around and look at everyone, even all the animals as a reflection of God and another version of yourself in the form of "God" or the "Universe", or whichever word you prefer...

I used to be much more skeptical and even resistant to a lot of spiritual/religious ideas and even spent time "debunking" some stuff... And, now when someone brings up something like reincarnation and asks me what lives I thought I lived, I say... "All of them".

I believe that it's still good to love, forgive and accept the egos! That's how the universe or God appears to be communicating with itself. Yet... I believe there is something even deeper... Some kind of universal, spiritual or God type of energy within all beings and everything.

It does seem like there is a strong gendered element in regard to masculine and feminine qualities, so it seems logical to me that there are at least two different kinds of energies, perhaps there are as many as there are colors in the rainbow or even more? Yet, ultimately when you get down to it I think it's likely all connected to and sourced from the "one".

Who knows though right? I think some of this stuff will remain belief, theory and faith indefinitely and I'm doubtful science will ever be able to prove these kinds of things. I still like to think and talk about it sometimes though even if we can never fully know!

Some people believe that "God" is evolving sort of side by side with us and that our own evolution is intertwined in the evolution of "God".
If so, then to me anyways it doesn't sound as crazy to give those kinds of anthropomorphic or humanized energies toward such...

If God is evolving side by side us and through us and with us, then... In my opinion it deserves the same kind of love, forgiveness and acceptance as any human or animal.

For me personally that was one of the most difficult areas in my journey... To forgive, accept and love "God", after what happened to Amanda, and so many others who I didn't know as well... I wanted to kill God for a while.

How to live a healthy life when you are so angry and depressed that you want to kill God...?
Good question...

Took me a while, but I learned to love, forgive and accept even "God", (The universe or collective spirit).
It's hard to describe and put into words and even more difficult to experience and witness in regard to so much of what happens in life, yet... When it all comes down to it and I try to sum it up I feel like the best way is to say that... I'm grateful I had as much time with everyone as I did. <3

PS... I haven't been on any new adventures unless you consider going to the store to get food and supplies an adventure. Heh. Though, I still felt like sharing another photography nature picture I took... This one was from around this previous Autumn or Winter I think...? Some very special memories over there! What an adventure we had! Looking forward to hopefully more adventures in the future. :)
