The Prophet advised, "No Muslim planting trees, unless something edible from the plant will be a charity, and stolen other people worth alms for him. What are eaten by wild beasts, it becomes alms. What are eaten by birds, it was charity. Nobody reduce it unless it be a charity for him. "(Muslim).
