Bangladesh will get their 2019 World Cup campaign going by taking on South Africa at the Oval on June 2.
The Tigers will play nine matches in the first round of the tournament in England and Wales.
The International Cricket Council fixed the schedule for the next World Cup at a meeting of its chief executives committee in Kolkata on Wednesday.
The ICC Board, which meets Thursday, was yet to ratify the schedule, according to ESPNcricinfo.
Bangladesh started their most successful campaign, the 2017 Champions Trophy, at the Oval.
They face hosts England at Cardiff, where the Tigers had defeated Australia and New Zealand.
Edgbaston, the venue of Bangladesh’s match against India in the Champions Trophy last year is unchanged in the World Cup.
The Tigers will play their last match of the first round against Pakistan at Lord’s. This will be the first ODI for Bangladesh at the ground. They have played two Tests in the major cricket venue.
The 2019 World Cup will follow the format of the one held in 1992 with all the teams in the first round playing each other in the first round.
Hosts England will play the opener against South Africa at the Oval on May 30. The final will be played at the Lord’s on July 14.
