Jesus, there's nothing like getting fingerbanged on the side of the road for no good reason, by legalized armed gang members. A person could get traumatized in such a world. It's not healthy. This isn't normal. We need to stop this sort of systemic abuse of (suspected) cannabis users.

I simply dont think mere posession of anything should be a crime, certainly not a felony. Be it Heroin, weapons (espacialy bladed weapons which i hear are quite regulated in some US states and sadly there is no group of people in the US that defends the 2nd amendment even though it exists) or even childporn. Yes, the creation of CP involves abuse, but once it exists the only harm that it can really do is to the people who created it in the first place by someone recognising a place or a person - and its a lot easier to plant than drugs, someone could do that to you without even himself comitting a crime by being at a place where neither CP nor hacking is illegal (which does exist, in fact, there are places with no laws at all) - and by the way, it doesnt matter if you can proof it has been planted by a hacker, you are still in poession of it which is a crime.

jury duty a few months ago for a possession of marijuana case. the prosecutor actually had the balls to stand up and ask us in the jury box, 'Do you need see actual physical evidence the evidence had possession in order to convict?' Half of us who were like, 'fuck ya...how can you expect us to convict w/out evidence?' were dismissed.
In the end, the ones who were eventually selected were mostly old white ladies that were jumping at the chance to shout guilty. Cuz you know, they grew up in the 'just say no to drugs' era.
Wow. You should contact your local media and talk about that. How can somebody be dismissed from jury duty for expecting proof of a crime. That is a scandal. It also raises questions about what that prosecutor considers to be their job. Do they simply want to win regardless of proof?
How many innocent people end up in prison because of scumbag public officials like that one?!?

The man can be charged as a DRUG PUSHER, if the weed were found in his @ss. How else did it get in there? . or he can be detained until some leaves grow out of his ears. The cops have a literal understanding of "five-fingered ounces". The only way the cops may be vindicated is if they can provide a full prostate diagnostic report of the man, corroborated by a proctologist or, politely ask for a second date, like the man said.
