Workout was a success

I just thought I would share something I’m proud of. My consistency of going to the gym and working out.
I have been trying to achieve a summer body for as long as I can remember so I put my foot down and told disciplined myself. I started this journey about two months ago on October 12.
It has really been a game changer from the results that I have seen and realized one thing it’s not about just eating healthy here and there it’s not about going to the gym here and there. It’s not even about going hard at the gym for about three weeks and stopping and going back to the old habits.
It’s about consistency. If you’re going to work out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday than stick to those three days. Make sure to attend all three days consistently and in two, three months you will see results. I have seen so much results and I’ve never felt so good. I’ve never been in the best shape and I’m gonna share some of the photos in the coming weeks, maybe early next month around February or March that will give me about 5 to 6 months of consistency. this is hopefully to influence those that think it’s hard to burn weight, and it really is. I know it’s hard but with consistency and cut back on little bit of sugar it is possible. Here is just a sneak peak of my progress so far.2D7F634A-8B84-41B2-9C9F-FBE8BC05FA2A.png
