This week flew right by! Work was extremely busy, which is not a bad thing at all, just very busy. :) While I'm a bit off from hitting my workout goal for the week, there is still time tomorrow and Sunday to squeeze in a few more workouts or runs. Plus there's really no use in beating myself up, just have to stick to the plan as best as possible (which I'll write more about later) and when you fall off track, get right back on and keep crushing it!
