Hi guys,

thinking, how I can support our community and content on Steemit I got an idea about posting short simple workout/nutrition tips. Perhaps somebody will find it helpful. :)

Today I would like to start with the list of main rules of successful and efficient training.
Since I have a tendency to create long articles I will try to keep it simple. I believe that if you will be interested in more information you will ask me.

Training post #1

Intelligent approach is a first step to a successful training.
Four pillars of the efficient physical training.
Read on your own risk. This is like a Matrix red pill.

Pillar #1 Mobility
Imagine a spaceship landing on the top of the leaning tower in Pisa against landing on the top of Eiffel tower. What do you think, which tower may turn over because of this additional load? It is tower in Pisa, right?
If your posture is poor and there are muscle imbalances in your body carrying additional load on your shoulders for example a barbell it will make more damage than good.
Your movement system (bones, muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons) should be in a great shape to be ready to carry a load. If it is not but you are smart you will stretch and do mobility exercises - frequently - before you start intense workouts.

Pillar #2 Technique
if you have no time for mastering your technique the progression will not have time for you. Instead the injuries will make plenty of room for you and you will make your physiotherapist richier.

Always remember. The better the basics the faster the progress.
Study the basics. Sacrifice time to master it. What you can get in reward is:
injury-free practice + quality technique + better understanding of the movement and the training process = faster and prominent results

Pillar #3 Progressiveness
Rom was not built at once. Baby steps my friends and always listen to your body. Consistency is a way better value than a one-session-rage. All good comes with patience and effort. That’s nature laws not mine. You cannot overcome nature’s laws. You only can to obey it to get the results.

Pillar #4 Lifestyle
Quality sleep and food, regeneration and healthy mindset are the keys to build an efficient body. Actually nice body becomes a side effect of the whole process. You will get to this point of view with time.
