Shitty line cook

Hi im luke and i am a career line cook i fell into this field of work through a lot of bad choices about 15 years ago it was a last resort if i didnt start working in a shitty lil kitchen in a shitty lil town in pa i most certainly would be in jail but i did and for the next few nights or so ill try an remember some things from over the years or ill write more chronologically i honestly have no god damn clue ive never tried to write as youll be able to tell from my horrible diction
