Jobs

in #work5 years ago

If there is one thing I really dislike, it's applying for job. It's so demeaning to have to prove yourself over and over again. I recently relocated to another state and I am in a transition period. This move did not come easy as a lot of unexpected and unplanned difficulties happened since the move.
I have now applied for more than a month with no success. I had some interviews but nothing came out of it yet.

Another thing is , that I am passionate about what I do and I enjoy Human Resources so much. I enjoy and welcome the challenges that it brings.

So, it drives me crazy to spend time to search for jobs, apply for jobs, phone interview and then in person and in the end sometimes I don't even get a courtesy rejection email. They have made this process such a hassle. Each employer wants me to create a username and password, upload resume, upload cover letter, then manually write all my employment history and education history , only so that they can what? Not even send me a courtesy rejection email.
There's gotta be a better way.

I once read that people do things outta desperation or inspiration. I want to do them out of inspiration and not because I don't have money or a job. I want to thrive and learn and grow, not to struggle and pay bills. I know, I am being such an idealist.

Anyway, what is your story with job searching? Do you have any advice for me? Do you have any remote jobs I can help you complete? I am easy going, versatile, fast learner and I speak fluently a few languages. Let me know your thoughts.

Namaste,

Dee!
