I made this to be a turntable stand but I have not made legs for it yet, and I do not have a turntable, or any vinyl.
This is koa veneer with solid koa trim. The layup is called sunburst or starburst, or quad bookmatch, I guess.
It is finished with danish oil and polished with pumice.
The bottom has curly maple leftover from a bed frame I made.

I could put my phone and bluetooth receiver on it. No hiss, no rumble, no skips or pops.

It's far too cold here for me to even go in my shop now for any length of time (-32*C and getting colder). I have so many projects in mind, but can't work out there, even with my shop heater going!
