Healing Codes: Addictions, Co-Dependency & Lightworker 4th Dimensional Psychic Vampire Vulnerability Entanglements

As a long time initiated tantra practitioner and teacher I have found that psychotropic drugs, sex, fake ascension programs and delusional psychic dabbling are par for the course in today's chaos magick world. Chaos magick is a term used to describe the focus on dabbling and combining many different indigenous culture spiritual traditions that is also known as "new age" spirituality. I'm not wanting to step on toes but also needing to speak the truth of my experience both from my own early experiences and seeing the fallout in others lives in this sensitive area of life. Often taken out of context spiritual practices without the authority of proper spiritual initiation are very harmful to the person doing so and the larger reality also. Self-styled gurus and experts who read books and attend one weekend seminar as the main source of information is also a problem. Vulnerable people who have had difficult emotional histories are attracted to these teachers and programs and in that vulnerability are often open sieves for 4th dimensional shenanigans.

A big 'false reality construct' I've noticed is the whole twin flame thing that has gained in popularity over the last 8 years. The notion that there is only one "true love" has been a romantic trap that has been around it seems like forever. I first heard about this concept back in the 80s when Richard Bach (author of Jonathan Livingston Seagull) wrote the book "Bridge Across Forever" about his meeting and marrying actress Leslie Parish and how they were twin souls. I was, at the time a very impressionable un-married and wanting to be young woman who wanted that 'one special love'. I spent many years of my life chasing the twin soul dream wondering if each man I met and dated was the one. Each time I felt emotionally crushed when the relationship turned south as relationships will often do.

It was only when I was willing to start facing the real issue which was for me was a strong co-dependent leaning that I began to let go of the fantasy and begin the long and often lonely and hard road of self acceptance and actualization, self love and openness to accept love on loves terms.

What is Co-Dependency, exactly? From my experience it is a state of constant emotional agitation while in a relationship. What I mean by agitation I mean constantly needing reassurance from your partner, needing to "fix" the partner who often is an addict of some kind, neglecting or not even understanding your own personal needs as far as health, career needs, and other people in your life. You feel attached at the hip, you feel like crap when there is a separation because of an argument. You become fixated on that one person who is the sun and you are the satellite. Your whole life revolves around keeping that person in your life no matter how you are treated. Your life and value revolves around the partner's moods and whims. Often a healthy partner doesn't want this level of emotional neediness and will run the other way eventually. A less healthy one will keep you around for various reasons.

Codependency and the new age focus on twin flames, soul mates, twin souls, etc. is the perfect storm for also being manipulated on the astral plane, I see it all of the time and until I wised up it was happening to me.

Wombn are particularly vulnerable to this because of the way we are socialized with romantic expectations and notions, our womb hearts reaching out to connect and many other reasons. Men are not immune it is just the whole twin flame movement has been geared toward wombn. Also, I am not saying deeply fulfilling and mutually satisfying soul-connected relationships don't exist because they do. I'm speaking about a particular type of relationship that is masking as the real thing.

The origin of the twin soul story as it is known today originates in Kabbalistic and Gnostic teachings about the energetic blueprint of a soul. The focus is on vibrational matches on a soul level. Some of these matches are part of the overall soul (a soul fragment or member of the soul family). Ultimately the original twin soul teachings are about union of the inner Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine for wholeness and evolution. Each relationship plays an important role in the soul development. Some have the vibrational match to weather many storms, some are for short term learning and some are just downright nasty and unnecessary and do a lot of emotional damage to the emotional body (the earthly soul is found in the ajna chakra and the sacral chakra/emotional body/inner child consciousness. There is also the womb chakra which is on a higher frequency than the sacral that contains the earthly life blueprint and connection between the various lightbodies). Lower entities physical and non-physical are really feasting these days and want to keep the lies going. Learn to protect these sacred spaces.

If you suspect that you are in a codependent relationship masking as a twin soul/twin flame connection there are a couple of things you can do. 1) reflect on the relationship to see where the balance of empowerment is for you and be honest about it; 2) learn about your energy bodies and do clearing practices to regain parts of it that may have been hijacked or energetically corded to something or someone that is not who or what they say they are. Energy body work includes, chi gong, some forms of yoga (mantras, meditation, breathing exercises, feminine based yoga programs that involve more dance like movements instead of hatha yoga which is the physical poses that are so popular today).
There is also a book I highly recommend to clear your womb space and see who/what is exactly in there. The book's name is "Secret Wisdom of the Yoni Gates" by Kelarius.

There are many, many jewels in this book the following is one of the basic exercises found there to clear your soul light body of psychic and astral debris. This exercise is found in chapter 1 page 30: Energetic Workouts for Chapter 1:

Step One Soul Expansion

Start with taking deep breaths from the abdomen. As you inhale, extend your abdominal region. When you exhale pull the abdomen in. So its inhale and expand and exhale and contract. Take 10 deep breaths just to get use to breathing in this fashion. On a level of 1 to 10, how well can you feel your energy expand and contract as you are breathing? You may feel waves of energy, tingling sensations, heat or coolness, or like your body is being directed by the breaths you take. (this is the energy guiding your body so it can release pent up energy stored in the body). You may even feel the actual expansion and contraction of your energy itself.

Step Two Soul Expansion.

Focus 3 inches below your navel and 3 inches into the abdomen. So it is down 3 inches and inwards 3 inches. This is a pool, so to say where the soul sits. Visualize the energy of the soul coming up in the form of a blue sphere with golden speckles of light throughout it with a golden tracing. Take seven deep breaths and as you are taking each breath visualize this blue/golden sphere expanding until finally on the 7th breath it surrounds your entire body. Then take 7 more breaths and each time seeing the sphere expanding 7 inches per breath. Finally, take 7 more breaths, expanding the sphere on the inhale and contracting the sphere on the exhale. The Soul Expansion is good for removing foreign energy that you have collected in your aura from buildings, homes, venues, etc.
