MarkDice (and them) want you to have one, they want to use it as often as they like or dream -- We even know "some people" who think they can just "GRAB" it whenever they want.. See, they just don't want you to say anything about the health of it or raise any awareness about it or how to take care of its issues (like every other #challenge does in the universe).. especially not if that means it gets voiced, loudly in public, because that is WAY messier, distracting and embarrassing than a ton of ice water being dumped on your head in public.
