Every day she makes Graham Ball's (sweet snack made of crush crackers with sweetened milk coated with desiccated coconut)

Ingredients: -2 x 200 g chocolate biscuits -1/2 cup condensed milk -1/4 cup milk fresh -1 cup desiccated coconut

Procedure
1. Process the biscuits in a food processor or crush until crumbly.
2. Add condensed milk and fresh milk and mix.
3. Roll mixture into balls and dip in dessicated coconut.

NOTE:

You can also use cookies and cream biscuits. Use less condensed milk if desired, just add more fresh milk. Be careful not to put too much milk in otherwise the mixture will become soft and hard to form into a ball. Alternatively you can put them in small patty pans and sprinkle the desiccated coconut on top.

Ingredients: - 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and mashed - 1½ cups evaporated or fresh milk - ½ cup water - ½ cup refined sugar - 15 pcs. Ice candy cellophane “Ice Candy wrapper”

Procedure:

1. Wash, peel and mash mangoes and place on a deep bowl.
2. Add all remaining ingredients in a bowl, stir well until sugar dissolves.
3. Prepare your ice candy wrapper, funnel, and a ladle.
4. Insert the tip of the funnel in cellophane and hold tight.
5. Ladle mango mixture into the cellophane leaving at least 2 inches for sealing.
6. Twist the cellophane to seal the mixture and knot tightly.
7. Repeat the same procedure until all wrapped.
8. Freeze ice candy overnight before serving.
