Woman? What does it mean?

Let's talk a little about this wonderful and important the most important I would say GOD creation!

Woman is the word used to define the human being of the female sex, whose genital anatomy is defined by having breasts, vagina, vulva, uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes, its opposite is man (male). This classification can take into account the stages of childhood, adolescence and adult, however it is more like using the term woman to refer to the person over 21 years of age, which is when you enter the phase of maturity both physical and mentally.

Biologically, who defines both male and female sex is the sperm, providing the chromosome (Y to define the man and X to define the woman). Although the man and the woman have very similar aspects in certain parts, there are many others where they differ, as for example, the woman has a voice more acute than the man, bigger breasts, smaller waist, hips more pronounced, less body hair, among others, in most of the time are smaller than the male, which made that from some points of view was considered the weaker sex. What caused at the time that the social role of women was limited, fulfilling functions only of mother and wife; Today women have begun to occupy more relevant social roles that allow them to function in different areas, they are still Mother and wife, but they can also be professionals, athletes, politicians, businesswomen and many other things. It can be said that this was achieved in some way thanks to feminism, which is an ideological current that fights for gender equality and goes against machismo, so that both men and women have the same opportunities.

so today I want to talk a little about the international day of women.

International Women's Day is a date that is celebrated in many countries of the world. When women from all continents, often separated by national borders and ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic and political differences, come together to celebrate their day, they can contemplate a tradition of no less than ninety years of struggle for equality , justice, peace and development.

International Women's Day refers to ordinary women as architects of history and has its roots in the plurisecular struggle of women for participating in society on an equal footing with men. In ancient Greece, Lysistrata began a sexual strike against men to end the war; in the French Revolution, the Parisians who asked for "freedom, equality and fraternity" marched towards Versailles to demand women's suffrage.

The idea of an international day for women emerged at the end of the 19th century, which was, in the industrialized world, a period of expansion and turbulence, rapid growth of the population and radical ideologies.
