You'll be better to sell your SBD to the exchange and then buy Steem with the Bitcoin than converting. The feed price is the price of Steem. So if the price of Steem is 1$ you'll get 1 Steem if you convert but 2$ worth of Bitcoin if you sell on the exchange. That's why some witnesses are putting a premium on their price feed. If almost every witness had -110% as a premium then the conversion rate would be close the price of the SBD price of $2,11 seen on the exchange.
Thanks. I think Changelly would be best then, because they can convert from Steem Dollars straight to Steem.
I really doubt it. Changelly will have to do the change themselves on the exchange and thus have to charge a % to make sure they don't get under.
Do you mean on the "market" that is linked to in our Steem Wallet?

I mean Poloniex and Bittrex. Steem isn't on Kraken, yet... For some reason the internet market price is lower than on external market. It might not always be true.
