Interesting stuff. People will argue about Steemit being 'unfair', but it depends on how people want to act. Some will just grab all they can whereas other will want to help build the community, even if they make less in the process. I've tried to be true to my own principles. Early on I'd get into anything that would pay me a little Steem, but now I'm trying to help others as I've done okay. As everything is in the blockchain it is possible to see everything a user did and they can be judged on that. Reputation is more than just a number :)

Sounds like you're going about it and have the right approach. Agree that one's Steemit reputation extends far beyond just their reputation score :)
