I like this interview so much!! I agree with @dragosroua in most of things in this part... actually he said what I think better than I could say it here:

We have different skills and expectations, different energy and abilities, so everybody should be paid according to what they do, not according to some rules.

This isn't for steemit only either... people just notice it on steemit more because there's money involved.

The people I met through 6 years in Facebook are commenting on everything I post right now, that's the type of community building you need!!

Hope more people understand this.
