Sorry to hear about this going pear-shaped and users losing cash. I refunded one guy myself because he had it in his heart to ask @zeartul nicely.

Thanks for the mention. Before mindlessly removing a witness vote, I wanted to check out what happened and see what @zeartul's position on the allegations is. After reading and considering some posts by @bellyrub and @zeartul (inlcuding the comments), my conclusion at the moment is that there is no funded basis to entrust @zeartul with the responsibilities that would be required from a witness.
I have removed my witness vote for @zeartul and changed it to vote for @utopian-io.
Thanks for this list. I would like to believe that @zeartul is not an evil scammer but, rather got caught up in making money and made a huge mistake. I have made plenty of mistakes in my life and I am accountable. I would like to give him a little time to process all of this and see what he decides to do. I think a week or so is more than enough time for his head to stop spinning. " Let him who is without sin, cast the first stone" If he decides not to take responcibility for his actions that would be very dissapointing and i will join you to throw stones.
Why should these people remove their votes? I see a lot of names on this list that are people who's opinion I respect..
