There are bound to be tribes that don't use the 5 min window or choose a shorter or longer one, I could be wrong but I don't think the Dtube token will have a window for example, ultimately for best granular control you will need to have to have separate accounts for each tribe if you are intent on the best optimisation, but you can monitor how things go and make that decision when the time is right after evaluating with one account fits all first for simplicity.
