RE: GuiltyParties Witness Discussion

Sorry I'm late to the party here (pun intended!) but I really agree with this post and you've earned my vote FWIW.

Witnesses are expected to know everything and no one that I've met to date does. Some focus on the Githubs and code but miss the social trends, others can tell you everything you never wanted to know about who to hire to build the best bid bot, but don't know what that 0.1 or 0.2 actually mean. That's obviously unacceptable. Have to know it all.

This is a really important point and one that I don't often see discussed. It's really much more important than what projects witnesses run or what they do with their earnings. It comes down to do they have the knowledge to actually be able to run the platform - because that's what witnesses do.

Also really love your listed objectives - I might quote that in a future witness update (giving you credit as the source of course)!

Thanks for your feedback and vote. Feel free to use those objectives however you see fit. It's about time we had definable, measurable goals for witnesses as more than just block producers.
