The Reports from the Witnesses aims to provide the community with a summary of what all the witnesses have been up to. Every week, I collect all of the reports from the individual witnesses and assemble them into a single aggregated report. New witness announcements and witness suspension announcements are included in the report as well.
Witnesses can continue posting their posts to the witness-category and/or witness-update tags, and I will assemble everything I find there. If I miss any reports, just let me know and I will correct it. If you want to direct message me a report via chat, that is fine too.

Some Notes:
- Many witnesses do not report every week, and prefer to only report when they have updates.
- I recommend that you include communication as one of your criteria for evaluating witnesses, but keep in mind - it is not the only criteria. There are some witnesses that prefer to work "behind the scenes", and do not do much as far as reports.
- For witnesses that are not currently posting any reports, I would encourage you to provide the community with at least some insight into what you are currently working on :)

@timcliff I am searching on witnesses from last night and find out few info on wiki but not good enough for me.
Can you please tell me what they actually are and what are the core advantages of being a witness. How can I become a witness?

As far as becoming a witness, witnesses get paid per block they produce. Here is a guide to get you started if interested: https://steemit.com/witness-category/@timcliff/steps-for-setting-up-a-witness-node-the-manual-way. You should be aware though, that getting enough votes to run a "profitable" witness can be quite difficult. Many witnesses have to run their servers at a loss for quite some time before they can prove to the community/stakeholders that they are a valuable and trustworthy witness.
If I just create blocks but didn't get upvote will I still receive SP in reward I only want to do that for the sake of SP?

Can anyone tell what is the work of witnesses?
Well, the short answer is that the witnesses produce and validate the blocks for the blockchain. Every time someone posts, votes, transfers funds, etc. those transactions have to be processed and stored in the blockchain. That is the primary duty of the witnesses.
Witnesses also have other responsibilities as well, such as voting to approve or deny hardforks, telling the blockchain what the current price of STEEM is (so it can calculate rewards, and process SBD->STEEM conversions), and setting various blockchain parameters such as the cost to create new accounts.
Most witnesses also do other projects to improve the platform and community in various ways.
