I love that saying: Buy the cheapest car that my ego can afford. Hmm... You know, recently we bought a used Crown Vic that was retired from the police fleet. While looking, I told my husband I wanted the cheapest, ugliest car that was reliable enough to get me back & forth to work and the grocery store. What I really wanted to do was make an art project out of it. Sadly, hubby won't let me put flowers on the Interceptor - he says it would hurt the car's ego. LOL So, my ego can take a FREE car. Remember the days when a friend was like "You can take the car for free - just get it out of my driveway." I miss those days. ;)
