So many tales are told about the roots of this martial art but after seeing this footage telling where Karate originally is coming from , it is hard not to believe that this might be the initial root for both fighting styles. Take your time and observe... Was it really Ng Mui who was the founder of Wing chun?
Or is it just a fragment of this beautiful art that even high level Karate practitioners are supposed to learn once they achieve a top level?

I've been doing wing chun for quite a while and think that it's probably true that wing chun came from White Crane but it's supposedly mixed with Ermei as well. So, it is a shaolin short strike art with the characteristics of the 2 older kung fu forms. Very interesting stuff though.
