For some reason I thought Windows had this feature already so I was suprised to read it in the release notes.
For anyone else interested to see such a list about all the changes in this Windows Update here's a thread about it.
It is definitely helpful that these commands exist, but it is sad that windows keeps them relatively secret. I think more people (especially inexperienced) could use their PC much more effective and much faster if Windows would show the keyboard combinations in the menu’s , so the user could learn these combinations as he uses the system.
