'Wildlife shows up when least expected' - I'm not sure who said this but it is so true in Indian Jungles.
It was a rainy day and it was drizzling all throughout, there was literally no hope for a big cat and we were enjoying the weather and the drive. To our surprise, We picked up some fresh pugmarks and waited at a place where potentially we can cross roads with the tiger. With all eyes on the trail, all of a sudden naturalist Lokesh from the front shouted 'Tiger'... bang behind us a bold sub adult male tiger crossed the path, looked at us and went the other side.
From the time, the naturalist said and the tiger moving the other side, all happened within a second. I was able to capture the eye to eye look for this bold guy. Enjoy!!!
