We @fairvote are looking manually for good content like yours with the focus of users, which contributing that kind of content, but dont have the network or reputation like yours yet.
We think it is an good idea to reward these users at least with a minimum for their efforts, to keep them in our community. Thats our mission !

There was no misunderstanding your comment on my part. But what I quoted was on your @fairvote home page. I quoted exactly your mission statement, and then your reply makes it seem like you didn't know that this is your mission statement.

Thats not our point, our point is to ask you and other reader here and papa-pepper to please have a look at the post of @wishmaiden .
We think @wishmaiden contributed a great post to this community and yes, she is relatively unseen !
Our mission is to point to user with relatively unseen quality content and we think we did in that case..

No, you are correct. But only half-correct. You promoted the "unseen" post of @wishmaiden, yes!
But you also highlighted the papa-pepper post where we are having this discussion, correct? Did you not just post this in which you promoted papa-pepper the same as wishmaiden and show them side-by-side?
I call that ironic when your account says that it is promoting "unseen" posts!
So my observation is simple. You picked two Steemians to reward yesterday. Great! If your goal is to "find and reward mostly unseen quality content," then wouldn't it be best to reward two "mostly unseen" posts from users who are less well known?
