I find this instance HIGHLY suspect for the following reason: since 9/11/01 and the anthrax scares of 2001, the USPS is usually meticulous when it comes to suspicious parcels/mail. Especially if the threats were written on the outside of the package. Mail often is sent through several facilities before being shipped abroad. I find it VERY odd no one in the USPS caught this, ESPECIALLY being addressed to Julian and/ or the UK embassy. I know things can happen, but I have worked in the USPS for almost two decades, and suspicious mail is taken extremely seriously now.
