Air susu dibalas dengan air tuba.

Artinya suatu kebaikan dibalas dengan kejahatan atau bisa diartikan sebagai orang yang tidak tahu terima kasih.

There is an Indonesian Proverb, the translation in English more less like this :

You give him a glass of milk but in the return he gives you a glass of poison.

This proverb has a meaning, you has helped someone but he paybacks or treat you with evil manner or in the short term is describing a person doesn't have great full or thankful.
