Maybe the first step is all about the questions we ask ourselves.
If I ask myself a stupid question like 'why am i so fat' i will get a stupid answer like 'because you are a lazy pig' (i am not fat btw)

Then its about doing what we are doing right now and engaging with each other.

The advantage we have is that there are way more really wonderful people here than destructive ones : ) we will find a way but i don't think it will be easy or quick.
