Guys if you’re a regular reader of mine, you should know that I’m a huge lover of sushi. But there is something else that I will go crazy for, you might of guess what it is.......................
KOREAN FOOD
Had a girls night out Thursday and was given the honors of deciding what’s for dinner (okay I know I’m weird, but it’s a big deal for me heheh).
Since I haven’t eaten Korean cuisine since I moved back, I decided it was it.
And of course I wasn’t disappointed.
We went to “Mukurang” in Northbridge that specialises in pork (my favorite meat, even though it’s not the healthiest, but hey who cares).
We girls ordered 3 dishes, which were massive.
Lucky for us, our eyes were not bigger than our stomach hahahah.
Each dish was huge ,it came with extra sides of kimchi, seaweed soup, rice, salad and mash potato.
Since each is so yummy I think they deserve their own post.
So I will do 3 parts to “Gangnam Style” so remember to watch you feed for updates.
The first dish that I present to you today is the “Spicy Pork Bulgogi” (Spicy Marinated Pork). It wasn’t too spicy as we ask for little gochujang (hot pepper paste), one of our friends can’t eat spicy food. However it was still yummy.
It was arranged on fresh lettuce, stir-fried with onion, carrots, green onion and sesame seeds.
Very very very yummy, but one day I will go back to try the non-reduce spicy version.
Source: 100% taken by me, super-duper happy at the moment because food is life lol.
Signing out, you’re oh so cute “Happyboo25”
It looks really hot and spicy. Glad that you had a great evening out....
thank you thank you . the redness of the pork is really deceiving, it wasn't spicy at all.
Mmm, love bulgogi!
