Voting Power or Voting Manabar are actually your Power to Vote.
- 100% Vote used is approximate 2.4 hour to recharge.
- Do not vote yourself at zero minute. ( 15 minutes recommended time )

Implementation of resource credits is good decision because blockchain will not be loaded with unnecessary and spammy transactions.
We will soon feel that Hf 20 is how successful.
