Going from London to NYC just for shopping? Wow, what a standard is that?! Haha
I'd always favor that biking experience over any other action. Shopping is generally not my prefered activity...:)
We were in Flagstaff before going to the Rafting tour in the Grand Canyon. That is close to Sedona, right?

    No worries! Sedona is 2 hrs away from Grand Canyon going to Phoenix. I have no clue where Flagstaff is though we went there too but in another day so i can't place it.
    Rafting is more badass @surfermarly
