Happy Sunday Steemians!
I thought I would follow up with part 2 of the Self-Care series. So if you follow me you know my love for essential oils. I always have my diffuser on in the background it helps my focus when I’m writing. There is literally an essential oil to help with everything you can think of. So today I’m sharing 3 quick ways you can use essential oils for healing.
3 WAYS TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS FOR HEALING🌷
- Mix a couple of drops of Lemon essential oil in a glass of warm water and drink it for an instant energy boost.
- Rub a drop of peppermint essential oil on your tummy to cure indigestion
- Rub Oregano oil on the bottom of your feet to boost your immunity.
WHAT ARE THEY?🍃
