Future Of Wellness

I have spent over ten years studying health from many perspectives and based on current scientific research, emerging technologies and well-established principles of human performance I have put together a preliminary proposal for a state-of-the-art, exclusive Wellness Centre that would set new standards in the industry and add great value to individuals who utilize this incredible service. I have plans to start small and to develop the use case for such a facility but I feel it is important to lay out the grand vision so that whoever is interested can see the potential and promise of combining such treatments.

I intend to assemble a team of inspired, proactive and passionate people who are both influential in the business world and who foster a strong entrepreneurial spirit to bring this plan to fruition. I am excited to share this idea with anyone interested in living longer and increasing the current quality of life.

The most important thing we have is time. In that, we are all equal. Imagine a place where exercise becomes pleasurable and exciting, where attending your Wellness Centre becomes the highlight of your week and whereby attending regularly you can add years to your life and life to your years.

Aeviternus will be a state-of-the-art Wellness Centre employing the latest in technology, anti-ageing medical treatments and optimised nutrition that can add, at present up to ten years to life expectancy. Based on current research, the estimates of a lifespan of one hundred and ten will be the standard if correct nutrition, supplementation, and therapies are introduced to the population. The focus of this facility will be on optimum human performance, physical excellence and creating a haven for personal development. Aeviternus will also house an extremely high-end gym and top specialists in medicine, physical therapy, exercise, and nutrition. There will be a strong focus on movement, mobility, functional training and increased human performance through mindfulness and education.

The vision is to create a Wellness Facility that houses all the latest scientifically proven treatments, that are not only advantages to longevity but also improve quality of life. References in relation to efficacy, efficiency and exact cost will be compiled in a separate more detailed report. These are the cutting-edge biotechnology modalities currently being considered. But consider that many people do not even have their basic nutritional need met or do dot know where to get Magnesium and many of the other micronutrient that is vital for health. That why it is always important to start with the basics and then apply more complex and advanced methods such as the one outlined in this post.

All of these treatments can be transformative on their own, and our goal is to create bespoke and highly tailored programmes involving a number of these treatments combined with a full macro-nutrient and fitness programme for each member.

At a time when the majority of gyms are looking to succeed by charging cheap memberships, often to the detriment of quality, a great opportunity exists to go against the grain. The current business plan for these companies is to have no limit on memberships and to concentrate on continuously getting more and more subscriptions. When the focus of a gym or business is on acquisition rather than retention, massive inefficiencies occur. Aeviternus will be different and will do the opposite. There will be a strict cap on memberships and clients will pay a premium for our service, a service that is currently not available anywhere else.

Our mission is to create a world of internal and external abundance where a degenerative disease is mitigated and where the quality of life is the paramount ideal we strive for. A ten-year addition to life expectancy is a significant figure, which will be incredibly attractive to prospective clients, especially ten years in a fully functional body that can enjoy and interact with the world in a way that far exceeds the current societal expectation. There is no reason biologically why humans cannot live healthy lives well past their centenary year. The problems occur with excess oxidative stress, inflammation, poor nutrition, lack of movement and exposure to toxins. The therapies mentioned above not only counteract these effects but actively reverse them.

We are living in an incredibly exciting time in human history where technology combined with an integrated understanding of science is set to deliver real abundance to the world. The world's biggest problems are also the world's biggest business opportunities and the field of anti-ageing is about to explode. Aeviternus will be ahead of the curve. I have an abundance of statistics on the potential in the anti-ageing market but here are the projected statistics for supplementation.

The global clinical nutrition market will experience steady growth at a modest CAGR of 4.1% from 2014 through 2020, by which year it will stand at US$48.6 billion.
The global sports nutrition market is poised to reach US$37.7 billion by 2019, at a strong CAGR of 9% from 2013-19.
This way of thinking resonates with what I am trying to achieve with Aeviternus. By bringing together the latest and most effective treatments in the health and fitness world we will do what no one else in Europe is even considering and completely revolutionise the industry.
