I tried high dose Niacin, also know as vitamin B3 along with a good B complex. Depression is a vitamin and mineral issue in my experience. This was pretty much accepted in the 1950's until the Psychiastrists and Pharmaceutical industry realised there was money to be made. My disclaimer is, this is just my opinion and experience, I am not qualified and do not give medical advise.
