Today I am going to discuss my thoughts on the best teas for weight loss.
Did you know consuming tea helps you in shedding some amount of weight?
The list of teas that I am going to discuss has its own unique properties and aids in weight loss. Lets check them out!!
Green Tea
This is the most common tea that is consumed by most of the people worldwide for weight loss. It consists of anti-oxidants which helps in burning fat cells and helps in flushing out toxins from the body.
Mint Tea
This tea is low in caffeine which aids in promoting sleep and also in weight loss. It also suppresses hunger.
Ashwagandha Tea
It helps in building the resistance towards stress and also reduces the stress hormone. Aids in treating obesity, inflammation and diabetes.
Lavender Tea
It directly deals with weight and sugar present in blood. Helps out in depression, fatigue and in treating insomnia.
Peppermint Tea
Helps in speeding up the digestion while burning extra calories. Increases the immunity level and curbs hunger in a person.
Ginger Tea
It eases stomach pain and aids in weight loss. Manages glucose level and relieves menstrual discomforts.
Hops Tea
Helps in soothing the nervous system. Curbs hunger and also controls the anxiety in a person. Aids in weight loss too.
