How am I doing!
Starting Weight: 138.4 kg
Current Weight: 136.8kg

Goal: 105kg*

After a massive hiccup that started last week with tariffs being announced and the orange man throwing decades of relationship building out the window, I'm back on track.
Basically I turned back into a glutton for a couple days and any of that water weight that I lost in the initial week was added back on. I was able to recover and start tracking again after only 2 days, which with all things considered I did well.
When I do a exponential moving average on my weighins I'm following the goal red line pretty well. With the weather improving and me feeling like going out a little more I expect that I will start to beat it over the next few months.
The Plan
I have an initial plan figured out, complete with a goal weight of 105kg.
The vertical blue lines are the 90day sprints/tranches/sections. At the end of each 90 day group I will re-baseline and have a bigger think about what I'm doing.
