Hi op, I am one of those people who when i overeat, fat tends to be distributed evenly all around my body. I certainly do believe that food intake is the most vital part in the success of fat loss. However, I do recommended high intensity exercise like interval sprinting such as in the fun sport of basketball, can help trigger some of these normal functions of your body to aid in this food breakdown metabolism process. Generally, if you do exercise a bunch, you should not have to watch too carefully on what you eat unless you go all out on your portions, which isn't too wise anyway. However, I do want to emphasize the importance of staying away from processed foods and processed ingredients in your food as much as possible. They are recognized as "toxins" to your body, and your body works harder to sweat off toxins than to burn fat. Hope you have a better idea of living healthy!
