Hello fellow steemers!
Many of my Youtube follower's and individuals I know in real life have asked me to give away a secret to losing weight. Guess what? THERE IS NO SECRET! I know, it sounds generic and repetitive but it holds a lot of truth since losing weight comes in a few forms:
How would you replace starchy meals? You don't have to give up on meat, you can still consume meat but at a SMALLER portion. So consuming three big meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) but with minimum amount of starchy carbs like white bread, french fries, sweet potatoes fries (unless baked and homemade), biscuits, etc. For meat, you can simply replace things like Hamburgers with Turkey burgers, fish (salmon, tuna, tilapia, catfish, as long as it's baked!), Tofu, etc.
WATER! It's gonna be your aiding supply in order to keep your body energized and electrified!
