Hello Steemians, This is one of the most important things you will read today if you are overweight. Lets face it, the majority of the world, it seems is becoming scarily overweight and obese.
I'll get straight to the point...LCHF is Low Carb High Fat.
I have lost 10kg in the last year and now i feel so fantastic, am full of life and love, love, love what i eat.

Whaaaaaaat, you mean you eat ....Fat? You mean that the advertising we have been fed by the mass media on the TV for so many years is wrong? They have always told us to eat low fat foods!!
Well um yes, they have told everybody to eat low fat foods, that are full of sugar, because once you take the real fat out of something (the flavour) then there is no flavour left and that is why they add sugar to everything low fat so that it tastes nice, you get addicted to sugar and you buy more.
But wait.... then why is the vast majority of our population overweight then?
You are all starving!!!!! You are all filling yourselves up with empty calories!!
I eat full fat everything, i eat coconut everything, i eat olive oil, i eat butter, omg gorgeous grass fed butter, organic cheese, really good quality bitter chocolate.
Please do not get me wrong, i am not here to tell anyone they are doing anything wrong.... but if you are eating low fat foods and you are still overweight then please ask yourself, Why that is?
I found this fantastic way of eating and it has worked so easily for me that maybe, just maybe it might work for you?
One of the most fantastic sites i have found is the dietdoctor.com, he explains everything so simply, shows you exactly what foods you can and can't eat etc.
If you have any questions about this way of eating i am here to help anyone that would like to give this a try.... wouldn't you love to be able to eat, real food and not feel guily? Then this is the way for you.

Yep, you're so right. Sugar is the main man in this not FAT.
Look at all those flavoured "vitamin" drinks, 15grams+ of sugar in 500ml.. crazy.
