Did u know that the ideal weight for a:
woman with 1.60 m, no matter what age, is 60 kilos - 15% = 51 kilos none less, 60 kilos - 10% = 54 kilos none more
man with 1.70 m, no matter what age, is 70 kilos - 10% = 63 kilos none less, 70 kilos - 5% = 66.5 kilos none more!
