I didn't notice the news. It's been a cloudy for a while so if there are any northern lights I would miss them altogether. It is kind of rare to see them here, but if I drew say 700 kilometers north, I would definitely have a better chance of seeing them on a clear night.

So no photos of northern lights yet. I do hope I get a chance of photographing them some day yes.
