Random Inspections for Home Cannabis Growing

in #weedcash3 years ago

Thailand is making way for people to be able to grow cannabis at home. But of course there are going to be a variety of restrictions and it means that there could be some random inspections going on for those who are registered for home growing.

Anyone interested in growing cannabis at home is reportedly expected to notify their local authorities and of course they won't be able to liberally funnel that product into any commercial market, there are restrictions surrounding the growing and overall cannabis market.

Authorities have been working for some time on changes as far as decriminalization goes and making way for more medicinal use and other potential for the cannabis market overall.

Money, Money, Money in Cannabis

This is a market that could be another cash crop for this region as it has been for others, not just in the way of products to be produced but as far as other potential for the market too like cannabis based tourism and more.

Thailand has been the first in Asia to make the significant move to decriminalize cannabis to some extent.

Recent surveys have shown that many consumers in the region are also well aware of those changes to the cannabis market too and it might be hard to avoid with the growing number of cannabis products that they've seen introduced into the market these days. And there is still a lot more to come yet.

There have even been some political candidates in the region who have taken to campaigning on a green economy linked with the potential business boom that could come from embracing cannabis. Whether that be cannabis growers, marketers, real estate specific agents, cashiers or 'budtenders', cannabis dispensary security services, and many other jobs in-between that come along with a budding cannabis market.

This isn't the first and won't be the last region to turn to cannabis for the economic potential that's linked with this industry and the millions who are looking to reap from and provide value to it.

Not only is this a cash crop that could bring billions in revenue to the region but it is also a move to embrace more freedom for individuals there too. People shouldn't have to be caged over their moves to grow or consume a plant and for too long the war on drugs has been waged in an effort to restrict those human rights.

Now though we see the reversal of that war with moves like this to decriminalize this plant to some extent, and for those who are waiting for some better access to a cannabis market the changes cannot come soon enough. Freedom surrounding cannabis though is still going to obviously be restricted in numerous ways including those who are looking to grow having themselves exposed to random potential inspections because of that growing.
