We hold these truth to be self evident (natural law, common sense), that all men (humans for the weak of mind) were created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.
LIFE
Life is what we strive to make better for each generation the comes after us. My parents strove to give my sister and I (both adopted) a better life that they had when they were growing up. My parents wanted to make sure that when they passed on, my sister and I would both get a house to then pass on to our progeny.
Life is the opposite of death and decay, Life of the individual is so priceless that the founders of our nation wrote its important into the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution for the United States (how they labeled it), and the Bill of Rights (ratified December 15, 1791).
Life is an unalienable right, this means that no man or woman gave this right to you, they don't have the power to infringe on that right unless you took that right away unjustly from another, Congress (Federal and State) must have clear and convincing evidence to deprive the individual American (or any person on our soil) of any quality of life, or even taking that individual's life; this includes the quality of life, or limiting your life by taking your liberties.
This is not something to trifle with by any means. The reason why so many of us are in the situations we find ourselves; this is due to our indoctrination in the public school system, and our lack of knowledge on how our Constitutional Republic actually works, the limits place on Congress (Federal and State), and thereby acquiescing (complying) to laws, regulations, and ordinances that are in direct violation of the Bill of Rights.
How many lives of men and women are destroyed by the by the so-called drug war that Nixon in 1970 deiced to wage against mainly brown and black Americans? How can it be morally acceptable to incarcerate individuals for possession of a plant (not a drug by any stretch) like Cannabis for decades, when that plant was totally legit before 1970? Did you now Cannabis Sativa was a cash crop?
Conclusion
Life is an unalienable right, one that is not given by men in high places, but endowed upon us at conception; now treat Life like it really matters and never, never comply with any violation of the Bill of Rights, as any infringement is below the American individual, and no American has a great claim on you and your property than you.
Stay tuned, we will cover Liberty on the next installment of Cannabliberty.
Smake (smoke and vape combined) it if you got it, and damn it, don't pussy out.
