For my Wednesday Walk, created by @tattoodjay, I took a walk to the museum.
The cherry trees are starting to fill in with blossoms.
It's still chilly. Across the road from the museum is the Legislature building of British Columbia.
By the way... guess who works at the Legislature? On the wall. The guy on the left...Explains a lot, right?
Right, where was I? Oh yes, back at the museum.
Can you tell me which predator this is?
Outside... the Carillon
It's time for some macro photography, but there still aren't enough flowers around for this time of year.
I hope to be shooting a lot more flowers soon. Come on Spring, hurry up!

Yes not sure which predator that is but I would not want to run n into it will th that shape mouth my thought was a crocodile 🐊

Howdy sir Keith! Very interesting pictures! What is the Carillon?
It's a bell tower - actually a musical instrument. This one has 62 bells. (I had to look all this up by the way.) It turns out this was a gift from the people of the Netherlands, and it has to do with the Canadian army liberating Holland in 1945.
oh! wow that is pretty impressive. Not that you looked it up but about the facts of it. Do they ever play it? I would think it would sound really good. Thanks for looking that up by the way! lol. pretty impressive!
Yes, they play it. I've heard it a bunch of times but I couldn't say how often it actually plays or on what occasions.
